Hey you guys,
I am starting trumpet in the summer for my summer school program, and I'm wondering if anyone has ever played, or is currently playing the trumpet. What's hard about it? What's easy about? and what did you enjoy or not enjoy about it? Thanks.

I used to, but not for a very long time. Depending on how much site you have it might be a good idea to get something rezemboling a tooba stand to set it on if you want to read braille music. If you do this you are able to play the instriment and read the music with the other if it's on a music stand. The easy thing is having only three keys in order to use the other hand to hold it instead of fumbling everywhere. Just be carefull not to loose any parts while oiling the valves. Also don't empty your spitt valve on anyone wlse. It's not usually too polight. grins and good luck.

A very long time ago, I played. I started when I was eight, and quite when I graduated high school. I just liked it. I can't say exactly why. After that, I played Baritone horn for a few years, and that was really lots of fun.
